'Wherever You Are'...

I recently heard a report on the national news about The Military Wives choir. For those unfamiliar with the group, the choir is comprised of wives of Chivenor Royal Marines. 'Wherever You Are" (written by Royal Wedding composer Paul Mealor, features lyrics compiled from letters to and from servicemen and their wives during an Afghanistan deployment). The choir was formed and tutored by choirmaster Gareth Malone. Having a daughter who's married to an American Marine, this song truly touches my heart...it captures emotions she and other military spouses experience so beautifully. I hope you'll take the time to listen to the song when you have a chance, and say a little prayer for those who sacrifice so much for us all!

  1. This is so beautiful! I have never heard of them. As a retired Army wife, Thank Your Son ~N~ Law for all he does. Your daughter is a brave and strong lady! The lonely nights and the rock that keeps it all together!
    May you all be blessed!
