Freshening the Loo...

If you're like I am, your bathroom often is not as "primped" as other parts of your home. I put a few fresh touches to our guest bathroom and thought I'd share...

I made the tissue cover and door hanger from unfinished wood forms a few months ago using Mod Podge image transfer...

Switched out framed ceramic tiles with these framed ephemera floral prints...

Over the shower, I switched out metal tiles and replaced with this vinyl transfer (application is always a little more involved than the directions would lead you to believe, but all ends well!).

It always amazes me how a few simple changes can uplift the spirits. Hope this finds you well and your spirits soaring! Until next time...take care, Along the way!

  1. It looks lovely, Kuki! I like the vinyl transfer. And they are HARD to apply! The new prints are really pretty, too.
Thanks so much for your sweet comment on my blog. It was just a bad day, but it's over now.

    Have a good weekend!

  2. I love the fabric on your shower curtain, Kuki! Sometimes just changing out those little things makes a big difference. Love the floral prints!

Thanks for visiting me and your sweet comment!

  3. I like that bathroom--it is so warm and cozy. I have used the transfers on a wall and it was very easy. Perhaps it is harder doing it on tile?

  4. Very pretty. You can come work on my bathrooms. I have no clue what to do with them yet at the new house. In time.

Did you know all people smile in the same language? I love hearing from you (smiles and all)!
